Key Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize comprehensive organizational Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, systems and ensure its alignment with the strategic directives and priority areas set forth by BoDs/ CEO Office.
- Systematically collect, verify, and analyze institutional performance data to establish & maintain dynamic databases/ interactive dashboards, and accordingly perform it’s reporting to generate actionable insights for executive-level decision support.
- Facilitate adaptive management by proactively identifying systematic challenges, synthesizing lessons learned, and distilling best practices to strengthen organizational effectiveness across all functions and programs.
- Coordinate closely with sections/ units and key individuals to maintain evidence-driven planning processes, support continuous strategic learning, and improve initiatives.
- Undertake additional assignments and specialized analyses as delegated by senior management, ensuring responsiveness to evolving organizational needs.
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years’ qualification in Management Sciences/ Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years’ experience in M&ER within development sector or consulting services
Skill-set:
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Professional Software/ Virtual Platforms in relevant Technologies
Frequency of Travel:
Occasional travel to Provincial Capitals.
