• The deadline for the submission of the complete RFQ is 11:59 PM, Monday, February 12, 2024. Sealed envelopes must be used, and those received open or after the due time and date will not be presented to the Procurement Committee.
• Response to RFQ should be submitted.
  • By hand in CARE Islamabad office or
  • Through courier in sealed envelopes at the following address;
• All vendors must submit bid security (refundable) in the form of demand draft or pay order in favor of CARE International in Pakistan (NTN: 2767556-4) equal to 2% of the total quoted amount should be provided with quotation. Vendor fails to qualify with aforementioned clause will treat as disqualified from the process.
