Following Documents must be accompanied along with attached with your proposal;

·       Valid NTN/ GST / PEC certifications

·       Company profile if previously not submitted to HDF.

·       Relevant past experience of installation of Hand pumps

·       Vendor will submit copies of contracts/ purchase orders of similar nature. The vendor will also provide the contact information of the clients of these past references for confirmation of successful completion of contracts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Quotation must be submitted on company letterhead through Courier or by hand. In any case your quotations must be SIGNED and STAMPED.
2. Subject of Email should be QUOTATION FOR Ref: PD-0042
3. Quotation validity must be 60 working days from date of submission.
4. Installation location is Tando Muhammad Khan Sindh.
5. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/WHT) and Delivery Charges up to HDF locations and loading un loading expenses.
