Normeca International AS invites “Gynaecologist” to work in connection with the launch of our project in Pakistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and in cooperation with the Government in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The clinics will cover general diagnostic and minor surgical procedures, and they are all located in large mobile trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc. The Clinics are operating in KPK and Sindh Regions.

Gynaecologist

We are looking for attentive, conscientious candidates with training in diverse medical areas for the position of Gynaecologist. Our Gynaecologist is expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer support and health management advice. You should recommend external specialists when patients require treatment outside of your medical purview.

Gynaecologist should take a vested interest in a patient's well-being. This is achieved by demonstrating good listening skills, showing empathy, and understanding, and communicating clearly and effectively.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop personal relationships with patients.
  • Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
  • Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time in cooperation with the local health facilities.
  • Schedule and administer follow-up examinations with the local health facilities.
  • Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
  • Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
  • Administering vaccinations.
  • Perform medical operations.
  • Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.
  • Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree.
  • Completion of a 4-year Gynecology residency.
  • Training in medical areas such as paediatrics, surgery, neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, Gynecology, and community medicine.
  • Pass Specialties examination to acquire board certification in Gynecology.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, fluency in Urdy, English is encouraged.
  • Caring, attentive nature.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent quantitative skills.
  • Willingness to work in non-standard conditions.

Locations: D.I. Khan, KPK – Lakki Marwat, KPK, Shangla, KPK ,Bannu KPK,Sindh , Thatta .
