“Procurement of Services for Awareness Raising Campaign through TV and Social Media”

The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is a non-profit, scientific research organization focusing on the sustainable use of water and land resources in developing countries. IWMI works in partnership with governments, civil society and the private sector to develop scalable agricultural water management solutions that have a real impact on poverty reduction, food security and ecosystem health. Headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with regional offices across Asia and Africa, IWMI is a CGIAR Research Center. www.iwmi.org.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified and eligible Consultancy companies/business service providers for Project Awareness Campaign for IWMI.

Offers must be submitted in Sealed Envelope to our Office Address located at:

12KM Multan Road, Chowk Thokar Niaz Baig, Canal Colony, Lahore.

Proposal must be submitted on letterheads furnishing bidder’s name, address, NTN, GST Number and contact telephone number with signature & official stamp.

It is mandatory for the agency to have a certificate from the Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA). Non-compliance to this will result in disqualification of the bidders.

Offers must be received no later than 18:00pm PST on 20th February 2024. Any offer received after the due date will not be considered.
