CARE International in Pakistan is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/firms for a consultancy opportunity under the Strive Women program, aimed at improving access to and the design of women-centered digital financial services.

The selected consultant will work closely with CARE and Financial Service Provider (FSP) partners to conduct user-centered research, co-design innovative financial products, and support pilot implementation. The scope of work also includes leading innovation trials around green business and childcare solutions for women-led micro and small enterprises (W-MSEs) across Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.

Applicants must have proven expertise in women-centered design, product prototyping, and experience working with INGOs and financial service providers. The contract will run from July 2025 to March 2026.
