Position Title: Campaign Coordinator

Duty Station: Islamabad

Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable subject to performance)

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000

Scope of Work

The Campaign Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of communication and outreach campaigns across different projects.

TORs

Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of communication and outreach campaigns for multiple projects

Design and develop high-quality visual content including social media posts, banners, posters, event announcements, invitations, infographics and other campaign-related materials.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva for professional content and design outputs.

Support live coverage of events, workshops, trainings, and campaigns, including real-time posts and visual updates where required.

Assist in developing simple campaign plans, content calendars, timelines, and outreach strategies for different projects.

Maintaining a log of campaign activities and outputs and supporting the preparation of short campaign summaries, event reports, and activity updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Social Sciences, Design or a related discipline.

• A diploma or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Design, Graphic Design, or Social Media Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in campaign coordination, content creation, communication, or digital outreach is required.

• Demonstrated experience in campaign design, visual communication and social media content development.

Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good written communication skills in English
