JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support in implementation of project activities.
- Lead the process and work closely with the project team.
- Support project team with administrative tasks such as collecting data and tracking project success, scheduling meetings to coordinate project work, providing status updates and monitoring budgets and other financial documents.
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
- Data Management in MIS of final Evaluations for concluding and printing certificates
- Place Requisitions for material/equipment for Practical sessions
- Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets.
- Inform trainees about Exams schedule and important events/Functions etc.
- Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Qualification Requirements:
- The candidate should have at least 14 years of education.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills English and Urdu
