ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for Program Coordinator (Learning & Assessment)under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Females are encouraged to apply.

Purpose of the Position:

The Program Coordinator (Learning and Assessment) will lead and manage project activities focused on strengthening learning outcomes and assessment frameworks within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s education system. The role ensures the effective rollout of donor-supported interventions, oversees capacity building, ensures quality assurance of educational materials and assessments, and promotes data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the position includes financial oversight and performance management of finance staff supporting the program.

Brief Job Description:

 

  • Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of activities in line with the donor-supported work plan.

  • Develop monthly and annual work plans with clear timelines and deliverables.

  • Coordinate development and quality assurance of curricula, training manuals, teaching and learning materials, and assessment tools.

  • Organize and manage workshops on FLN, ECE, student assessments, remedial learning, and related thematic areas.

  • Facilitate baseline and end-line assessments, data collection, analysis, and dissemination to inform program decisions.

  • Oversee financial management, supervise finance staff, and ensure timely reporting.

  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and ensure proper documentation of activities.

  • Perform other program-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Project Management, Development Studies, or any other related field.

Experience:

  • Having a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in the development sector, preferably in Education.
  • Having demonstrated experience in Project Management, Coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • At least 01-year of proven experience of working in any education
  • grant with UN Agencies, NNGO/INGO.
  • Experience in working with the provincial government Departments in KP
