Shifa Foundation, established in 1991, is a not-for-profit organization working in the sectors of health, nutrition, and safe water for deprived communities across Pakistan. We are currently implementing the project “Integrated Health Service Delivery to Educate and Lobby for Sustainable Immunisation in Sindh (I-HEAL Sindh)” in Karachi.

We invite sealed quotations from reputable vendors (preferably Karachi-based) for the supply of printing and allied materials as per the specifications given in the RFQ

Vendors are requested to submit their best rates for items including but not limited to:

• Staff ID Cards with ribbon
• Brochures (Standard & Half Fold, various sizes)
• Banners, Standees, Stickers
• Stamps, Caps, Bags, Notice Boards & White Boards
• Printing Papers, Registers (various types)
• Complaint Box, Referral Slips, Campaign Registers
• Other related printing & office materials

Terms & Conditions:

• Quotations must be sealed and submitted before 22 September 2025.
• Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges.
• Delivery will be made to Shifa Foundation Karachi Office / field sites as required.
• Payment will be made via cross cheque within 20 working days of invoice submission.
• Price validity must be at least 8 months.
• Preference will be given to Karachi-based vendors
