Terms & Conditions:

1. Sealed proposals/bids must be submitted by 29 September 2025 at 1800 Hrs at RADS & AHKF Country Office Roshan Aj Center Asad Market I 9-4, Islamabad, and should be marked as “Not to be opened before 29 September 2025”. Electronic bidding is NOT ALLOWED.
2. The RFQ bid opening session will be held in the RADS & AHKF Islamabad Office on 30 September 2025 at 10:00 Hrs.  
3. RADS & AHKF reserves the right to adjust the number of individuals covered by insurance as needed, based on the staff quantity in all offices.
4. Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices, including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices, their bid will be rejected, and the companies in question will be permanently blacklisted.
5. Inquiries, requests, and questions about this RFQ can be made by contacting the given email no later than 27 Sept 2025 by 1500 Hrs. Questions raised, and answers will be communicated via email to all registered tenderers by 27 Sept 2025 by 1700 Hrs. Inquiries by phone will NOT be entertained.
