Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations, ERP systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of NAS servers, email server administration, LAN/WAN, MikroTik routers, and access points.
  • Experience in managing CCTV, printers/copiers, and telecom portals (e.g., Telenor portal).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple offices’ IT infrastructure with efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Operations & Support
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, ERP, and user-related issues across all LPP offices.
    • Manage and maintain organizational printers, copiers, scanners, and related devices.
    • Ensure uninterrupted online conference systems, digital communication tools, and hybrid work solutions.
  1. Data & Server Management
    • Manage data backup systems, including NAS (Network Attached Storage) server for secure storage and disaster recovery.
    • Oversee workspace email server management, ensuring smooth communication and reliable email services.
    • Administer and update the Telenor portal for SIMs, mobile connections, and related services.
  1. ERP & System Administration
    • Oversee ERP implementation, usage, troubleshooting, and user training.
    • Ensure proper data integration, reporting, and alignment of ERP with organizational needs.
    • Collaborate with management for ERP upgrades and process improvements.
  1. Network & Security Management
    • Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure across all LPP offices, ensuring connectivity, speed, and security.
    • Configure and maintain MikroTik load balancer and access points for optimal bandwidth distribution and wireless connectivity.
    • Ensure organizational CCTV systems are fully operational, with secure remote/online access.
    • Implement cybersecurity measures, firewalls, and system updates to protect data and operations.
  1. Strategic IT Alignment
    • Serve as the IT liaison with management and staff, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
    • Keep the organization aligned with the latest IT trends and ensure compliance with best practices.
    • Support IT-driven transformation to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
    • Review contracts and manage procurement of IT equipment, software, and services.
    • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, maintenance, and technical support.
  1. Policies & Compliance
    • Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and service-level agreements.
    • Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
  1. Other Duties
    • Participate in IT team planning, problem-solving, and performance reviews.
    • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by management.
