Terms and Conditions:

Only sealed quotations will be accepted.

Items must be delivered to Shifa Foundation Karachi Office.

Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable Government Taxes (Withholding Tax & Sales Tax).

Rates must remain valid until June 30, 2026.

A one-year contract will be signed with the selected vendor.

Invoices must include Income Tax Number / CNIC of the supplier.

Items/Services will be requested through Purchase Orders on a need basis.

Payment will be made within 15 working days after submission of the invoice/bill.

Vendors with physical presence in Karachi will be given preference.

Payments will be made through cross cheque favoring the company/business.
