Key Responsibilities

🔹 Program Leadership & Strategic Coordination

• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management—from design to delivery.
• Ensure alignment with donor expectations, government regulations, and global humanitarian standards.
• Collaborate with MEAL teams to embed learning and adaptive management into program cycles.
• Conduct field visits for real-time monitoring and quality assurance.

🔹 Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Facilitate timely NOC acquisition and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive cross-departmental coordination for seamless program operations.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to procurement and implementation protocols.

🔹 Financial Stewardship

• Oversee budget execution and ensure fiscal discipline.
• Collaborate with Finance to produce accurate and timely donor reports.
• Strengthen internal controls to uphold transparency and accountability.

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

• Cultivate strategic relationships with UN agencies, I/NGOs, government bodies, and donors.
• Represent the organization in national and international forums (PHF, ACT Forum, START Network).
• Lead donor engagement and manage high-level delegation visits.

Candidate Profile

📚Education & Experience

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Disaster Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in humanitarian and development programming.

🛠️ Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards, Sphere Standards, and emergency protocols.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-sectoral projects under pressure.
