Pathfinder International invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an Endline Assessment for the project "Advancing the Leadership of Women and Girls Towards Better Health and Climate Change Resilience." The assessment aims to evaluate the project's outcomes, impact, and sustainability while identifying key lessons learned and best practices.

The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive mixed-methods evaluation, including health facility assessments, quantitative surveys, and qualitative interviews across six districts in Pakistan. The findings will contribute to strengthening future climate and health programming.
