Provision of Dental Equipment and Medicines for Vulnerable Children in Islamabad & Punjab

Action For Humanity (AFH), an international NGO operating in Pakistan since April 2023, invites sealed bids from registered firms/suppliers for the supply of dental materials, equipment, and medicines for its Dental Health Project in Islamabad and Punjab, Pakistan.

The procurement aims to enhance dental healthcare services for vulnerable children by ensuring access to high-quality dental supplies. The required items must comply with local regulatory standards, including registration with tax authorities and drug regulatory bodies. All medicines supplied must have a minimum validity of two years from the date of delivery to maximize benefit and outreach.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:

1. Legal Registration: Must be a registered entity with valid NTN and compliance with local tax regulations.
2. Drug Regulatory Compliance: Suppliers of medicines must be registered with the relevant drug regulatory authority.
