About:

Friends Welfare Association, a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in District Mansehra invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified reputable firm / Car rental service provider for the provision of rented vehicles for the period of one year (extendable) on monthly rent

basis. The organization’s operational areas include District Mansehra, District Battagram, andadjacent areas.
The selected service provider(s) will supply well-maintained vehicles with skilled drivers for field
stations as mentioned above.

Eligibility Criteria & Conditions:

 Valid business registration and tax registration (NTN) proof
 Minimum 03 years of experience of providing vehicles on a rental basis, preferably withINGO/NGO, Private companies
 Provides satisfactory client references
 Physical office presence (preferably in Mansehra/Abbottabad)
 Undertaking on stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted or defaulter
 The quoted rates must include driver charges and applicable taxes.
