Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization, working on mental health, gender, and violence against women and children since 1998. We are inviting applications from excellence-driven, self-motivated, and committed individuals for the position of Senior Finance Officer.

Required qualifications and experience:

• This position requires an educational background of B. Com/MBA Finance or ACCA and at least 5 years of practical experience in the field of accounting environment.
• Practical experience & knowledge of compliance, general ledger maintenance, adjusting entries, and excellent computer skills.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting packages preferably QuickBooks and Sidat Hyder Financials.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Abilities for multi-tasking and judgment about organizational priorities with strategic vision.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in NGOs / development sector would be preferred.
• Sensitivity towards issues of gender, and violence against women and children.
• Demonstrated skills in diplomacy, confidentiality, and active collaboration.

Location: Bahria Enclave, Islamabad

Hiring will be done on rolling basis. Candidate is expected to join on an immediate basis.
