Finance and Administration Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring efficient administrative operations. They oversee compliance, procurement, and record-keeping to support organizational effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and expense monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor requirements, and audit regulations.
- Handle payroll processing, taxation, and staff benefits administration.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and office operations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Assist in human resource tasks, including recruitment and employee record-keeping.
- Oversee vehicle management, including school transportation, logbook monitoring, fuel consumption tracking, and coordination with vendors for maintenance and repairs
