A national non-profit organization requires dynamic professional to fill the position of MCH/RH Officer on contract basis.

Job Description:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor MCH/RH programs in accordance with organizational and donor guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and training to healthcare providers on maternal, child, and reproductive health services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop strategies to improve service delivery and program outcomes.
  • Ensure the availability and effective use of medical supplies and resources related to MCH/RH services.
  • Collaborate with local health authorities, partners, and stakeholders to enhance program impact.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on MCH/RH activities and outcomes for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  • Promote community awareness and engagement in maternal and child health and reproductive health issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and protocols.
Education and Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in maternal and child health/reproductive health programs.
