Essential Job Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, and consolidate data from the data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date reports for efficient further sharing and presentations.
• Support in coordination with component leads to assist in designing and developing new or revised data tools.
• Prepare and deliver Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs), and data compilations for bi-annual and annual reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports in alignment with organizational standards.
• Take responsibility for updating TOLA (Online Application) data on a quarterly basis.
• Lead efforts to update and maintain the organization's Data Bank on SharePoint.
• Assist in developing and managing data in Management Information System (MIS) and DHIS2
• Coordinate with the Senior Program Officer – Data Validation (SPO-DV) and Data Management Assistant (DMA) to ensure that MIS/Progress Update is updated regularly
• Conduct field visits for the orientation and capacity building of data teams based at SR level
• Assist the Data Management Coordinator for data quality audits and other data related reviews
• Coordinate with the Senior Program Officer – Data Validation (SPO-DV) for collection and reporting of sex and age disaggregated data (SADD)
• Follow all policies and procedures of Mercy Corps including Safety & Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Actively contribute to team initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in data management and reporting.
• Any other task or responsibility assigned by the Supervisor
