CARE Pakistan invites bids for the Establishment of its new field office Karachi located at No. 101, first floor plot No. 107-C, Al-Murtaza Commercial Land 1-A, Phase-VIII, DHA, Karachi.

Eligibility:

• Proof that Companies is registered with Pakistan engineering council (PEC) and have minimum C5 category with valid license.
• Income Tax Certificate (NTN), Sales Tax Certificate (Optional)
• Work experience evidence / relevant Pos (at least 2 relevant Pos each more than 4 million) must be attached.

Note: The selected vendor will be required to submit bid security (refundable) in the form of demand draft or pay order in favor of CARE International in Pakistan (NTN: 2767556-4) equal to 2% of the total quoted amount at the time Purchase Order Signing.

Scope of Work:

The project includes construction, supply, and rehabilitation works for office establishment. Full specifications and BOQs are provided in the attached RFQ document.

Mandatory Notes:

1. CARE reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based on need and budget.
2. The scope of work may be allocated to one or multiple vendors to ensure timely completion.
3. All unit prices must be standalone and independent of other items/components.
4. Vendors must ensure quick mobilization and completion within stipulated timelines to avoid penalties.
5. Shortlisted vendors will be required to submit samples (physical, brochures, or brand names) within a deadline of 48 hours. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the required information is submitted on time. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from further consideration.
6. CARE reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without providing a reason.
