CARE Pakistan invites bids for the Establishment of its new Country Office located at Pakland Tower 2, New Blue Area, Islamabad.

• Bid Security: 2% of the quoted amount in the form of demand draft or pay order.

  • Price: 60%
  • Site Mobilization Time: 10%
  • Completion Time: 10%
  • Sample Compliance: 20%
• Eligibility:
  • Must have a valid PEC C3 or higher category license.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience with evidence of similar projects.
  • Proof of tax registration and compliance.

Scope of Work:

The project includes construction, supply, and rehabilitation works for office establishment. Full specifications and BOQs are provided in the attached RFQ document.

Mandatory Notes:

1. CARE reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based on need and budget.
2. The scope of work may be allocated to one or multiple vendors to ensure timely completion.
3. All unit prices must be standalone and independent of other items/components.
4. Vendors must ensure quick mobilization and completion within stipulated timelines to avoid penalties.
5. Shortlisted vendors will be required to submit samples (physical, brochures, or brand names) within a deadline of 48 hours. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the required information is submitted on time. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from further consideration.
6. CARE reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without providing a reason.

Submission Instructions:

• Submit bids in sealed envelopes to CARE’s Islamabad office at Plot 1-E, Street 46, Sector I-8/2.
• Late submissions, open envelopes or quotations received on email will not be accepted.
• Site visits and technical clarifications are scheduled for January 9, 2025, at Pakland Tower 2 (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
