Job Overview:
Cogilent Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or an individual with up to six months of experience in marketing. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, support brand-building efforts, and contribute to the overall marketing goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to help shape marketing strategies.
• Contribute to content creation for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other communication channels.
• Help organizing and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, create posts, track engagement, and assist in building the brand’s online presence.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide insights to optimize strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and design to support marketing initiatives.
• Help in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communication materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
