Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
• Experience or knowledge of Google marketing, Facebook marketing, and Email marketing
• Experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns
• 2-3 Years of experience in paid marketing 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in managing Insights, Google Analytics
• Expertise in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns
• Develop Marketing strategies as per business requirements
• Experience optimizing and troubleshooting ad campaigns
• Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers

As a Marketing lead, you will work on a specific project critical to BeHope’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our team members to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems. As a key member of a small and versatile team, you design, test, deploy and maintain marketing solutions.
