Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution

Experience: 

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. Experience of working in Oil & Gas Sector will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:.

  • Assist respective Incharge / Department head in execution of all duties.
  • Dealing with Collective Bargaining Agents.
  • Handing Labor Contracts and Apprentices.
  • Incident and accident reporting with Mines Directorate.
  • Interpreting and advising on Labor Laws.
  • Coordination with Local Administration.
  • Handling Labor Canteen.
  • Preparation and Maintenance of Mines Act Register.
  • Involvement in Legal Cases.
  • Dealing in Accommodation matters.
  • Compiling and preparation of mess registers / bills.
  • Arrangements for functions and ceremonies.
  • Preparation of Contractors’ monthly bills.
  • Preparation of WWPF payment lists.
  • Routine mess purchases.
  • Pension and Gratuity matters.
  • Handling Insurance and Death Claims.
  • Liaison with EOBI and preparation of monthly EOBI contribution details.
