Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Office Cleaner to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in our office spaces. The Office Cleaner will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas of the office are well-maintained, sanitized, and organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be proactive in managing cleanliness, and contribute to creating a positive and professional workplace.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clean office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas as required.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners; take out the office garbage and recycling as necessary.
  • Ensure all restrooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) and sanitized regularly.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and office equipment.
  • Ensure office kitchen area is clean and organized, including countertops.
  • Assist with additional cleaning duties or special requests as directed by the supervisor.
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and properly stored.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and cleaning standards.

 

Minimum Qualifications: (copies of documentation should be supplied for all professional certifications, etc)

  •  Education: Middle preferably matriculation
  • 3-year experience in cleaning or janitorial work
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift light to moderate weights (cleaning equipment, trash bags, etc.).
  • Familiarity with office cleaning products and equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, mops, cleaning agents).
