Job Summary:

The role entails maintaining office cleanliness and organization, and it encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating the seamless operation of day-to-day office functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the staff and operations team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within office premises.
  • Maintain the kitchen, including cleaning dishes and making/serving tea for staff.
  • Monitor and replenish office pantry supplies, including snacks and refreshments.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Set up meeting rooms, arrange equipment, and ensure necessary materials are available.
  • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Minimum Qualifications: (copies of documentation should be supplied for all professional certifications, etc)

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Professional and courteous manner; punctual
  • Clean and hygienic
  • Honest, reliable, hardworking.

 

Personal Skills:

  • Reliable, detail oriented, and responsible.
  • Ability to function well in a team setting.
  • Takes initiative and is able to act independently and responsibly within the assigned filed of work.
