We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Officer to join our team! The ideal candidate will work with young people to empower them, develop their skills, and support their personal and professional growth.

Youth Development Officer will be responsible for:

• Executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project
• Ensure good coordination and linkages building with all stakeholders, local administration, and the local community
•  Proper implementation of project at the field level
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Share the progress of ongoing activities of the project with senior management
• Make sure that all targets are achieved on time and with quality
• Ensure that project activities are in accordance with norms and standards of donor & Org, as well as according to available budget lines and limitations
•  Provide mentorship and guidance to young individuals.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
• Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in any well-reputed organization preferably Experience  of working with youth in a community setting
• Good Communication Skills in Urdu, English, and Punjabi language
• MA/MSc (preferably Master’s in social sciences)
• Computer literate with good command of MS Office and report writing
• Passion for youth development and community engagement
