Report to

Director Operations, PRCS, KP

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regular update the PRCS KP Service Profile.
• Maintain & regular update the Donors, Partners, Philanthropists and Corporate Sector Database.
• Maintain close liaising with the NHN and PHF with due representation of the PRCS KP and National and International Donors.
• Conduct the organizational (PRCS KP) capacity and gap Assessment and develop the Branches Development Plans.
• Identify potential National and International Donors and linkages development with them.
• Develop Concept Papers & Funding Proposals and submit to the identified Donors, Philanthropists, Partners and Corporate Sector for Humanitarian Aid Operations and other Developmental Projects for vulnerable districts in KP.
• Stakeholders’ engagements in PRCS KP led planning process and execution, as and when necessary.
• Collect and analyse data for various operations and projects and submit to the relevant quarter for further processing.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Qualification

• Master Degree in Social Sciences (from recognized University)

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of practical experience (outlined below), preferably in developmental Sector

Competencies

• Fluency in Urdu, English and Pashto.
• Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for coordination purposes
• Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)

Domicile

KP (preference will be given to local candidates)

Salary

PKR 200,000/- per month
