A national Pakistan-based NGO is seeking 03 Project Development Managers to support programme development, resource mobilization, effective project management, and organizational growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, International Development, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Around 5 years of progressive experience in programme/project development and project cycle management, preferably with local or grassroots-level NGOs.

• Strong experience in project conceptualization, proposal development, donor requirements, needs assessments, logical/results frameworks, budgeting, project design, reporting, and project cycle management.

• Demonstrated project management skills, particularly in:

• Scope Management, Time/Schedule Management, Financial/Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Procurement Management, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management.

• Candidates having practical programme/project experience in one or more of the following sectors will be prioritized:

• WASH, Infrastructure Development, Livelihoods, and Seasonal/Emergency Distributions.

• Experience working with grassroots organizations and communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly remote and underserved areas, will be preferred.

• Strong proposal/report writing, communication, coordination, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with donors, partners, communities, and other stakeholders.

Project Development - Ability to conceptualize projects and develop competitive, donor-compliant proposals and results frameworks.

• Sectoral & Grassroots Experience - Practical experience in WASH, infrastructure, livelihoods, seasonal/emergency distributions, and community-based programming.

• Communication & Stakeholder Coordination - Excellent English communication, reporting, negotiation, donor/partner coordination, and interpersonal skills.
