Job Description:

1.        Assisting in development of organizational Risk Management and Internal Audit Plan.

2.        Carryout financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews / audits and maintain appropriate documentation.

3.        Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings.

4.        Periodically analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the control system in place to mitigate risk and promote the control culture of the organization.

5.        Agree action plans necessary to implement the audit recommendations.

6.        Stay updated with the latest auditing standards and practices.

7.        Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

8.        Schedule and plan audits; initiate project planning, assess risk and develop audit direction.

9.        Carry out developmental projects and other tasks as delegated by senior management.

Educational and Skills Requirements :

10.   At least 16 years of education (BBA, BS - Accounting and Finance or a similar bachelors) or an ACCA affiliate (or Maximum 3 papers remaining) .

11.   Prior Working experience/internships will be preferred.

Salary Scale :

12.   Salary Scale: 30,000 to 50,000 depending upon the profile of the candidate.
