 Introduction:

LASOONA: Relief & Development Organization is a national, multi-disciplinary, development oriented and non-profit making organization. LASOONA affirms to be committed to well-being of masses through promoting ecologically sound development in remote and impoverished pockets of Pakistan in general and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA in particular.

LASOONA relief and development Organization in partnership with ministry of Poverty alleviation and social Safety is implementing IFAD funded Five-year project titled “National Poverty Graduation Program” in Six districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including district Shangla, Battagram, Torghar, Kohistan lower, Kohistan Upper and Kolai Palas Kohistan. The Programme is designed to graduate household out of poverty by providing tangible and intangible assets (but not exclusively) upon BISP beneficiaries and leveraging the Prime Minister Interest Free Loan (IFL) Scheme to build a smooth ‘seamless service’ where the poorest can move out of poverty through a blended programme extended from consumption support to asset transfer to deserving BISP beneficiaries.                     

Annual PSC Survey Summary:

Field Enumerator will conduct Annual PSC survey for LASOONA-NPGP project tangible and intangible assets beneficiaries.

Scope of work:

Number of district/enumerator wise PSCs beneficiaries and cost.

Qualification and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree.
• At least 1 years’ relevant experience in development sector

Field Enumerator (ENUMERATOR’s Responsibilities (Milestones to be achieved)

• Field Enumerator will be bound to collect annual data in their assigned union councils only.
• Field Enumerator will jointly develop data collection work plan with M&E officer LASOONA.
• Field Enumerator will be bound to complete data collection within stipulated time frame of two months.
• Field Enumerator will be responsible for collection of Data from asset transfer beneficiaries’ household members only.
• Field Enumerator will collect accurate data, in case of any error in Data the enumerator will be responsible for its correction.
• The communication, transportation and refreshment charges are inclusive in per PSC form rate therefore; no additional charges will be claimed by Field Enumerator.
• Field Enumerator will also provide quality picture to LASOONA for proof/evident of data collection process.
• Field Enumerator will Submit Complete Data forms on weekly bases in PMU Besham to the concern person/supervisor.

2.      Consultancy Description for Supervisor Enumerator for annual PSC survey

Consultancy Type:                  Supervisor Enumerator

Direct Reporting To:               Monitoring & Evaluation officer

Indirect Reporting To:             Project Manager

Working Location:                  Shangla, Torghar, Battagram, Kohistan (Lower, Upper & Kolai Palas)  

Number of district/enumerator wise PSCs beneficiaries and cost.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisor (Responsibilities/Milestones to be achieved)

• Supervisor enumerator will time to time orient/guide the Enumerators for process in the assigned districts.
• Supervisor enumerator will be will monitor the enumerators to collect the accurate data from asst within stipulated time.
• Supervisor enumerator r will jointly develop data collection work plan with Enumerators and LASOOAN team.
• Supervisor enumerator will be responsible to ensure data collection from asset transfer beneficiaries’ household members only.
• Supervisor enumerator will be responsible for timely coordination with Enumerators & LASOONA team
• Supervisor enumerator r will be responsible for reviewing and correction of data prior entering in MIS.
• Supervisor enumerator will make entries of data in MIS.

Qualification and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree.
• At least 1 years’ relevant experience in development sector
• Computer skills
