Job Description:

  • Conduct Trainings on hospitality management.
  • Develop session plan and lesson plans as per the need of the training course.
  • Develop training materials, such as training notes, curriculum, time sheets etc.
  • Organize and manage training sessions on product development for hoteling industry, including management, financial literacy, marketing, and other relevant skills needed for starting and running small enterprises.
  • Provide ongoing support to women entrepreneurs, including mentorship, technical assistance, and access to resources.
  • Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned from the enterprise development activities, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Comprehend the training objectives and review/derived learning outcome.
  • Develop/review details of contents and sessions of given training.
  • Apply a variety of training techniques and strategies to train the trainees with respect to the competencies.
  • Monitor the progress of respective training batch, develop reports, and share with supervisor on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Conduct daily training session as per the schedule (approved by Management).
  • Manage trainees progress evaluation (formative & Summative) and submit report (hard & soft copies) as required/defined.
  • Adhere to the guidelines, policies, and training procedures of the organization.
  • Acknowledge trainees, management and other stakeholders’ feedback and strive to improve the identified gaps.
  • Develop a comprehensive session plan encompassing various aspects of hospitality market trends, consumer behavior, and strategic considerations relevant to the hospitality industry.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold confidentiality regarding shared session information.
  • Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
