Primary function/purpose

This position exists to support the program team in managing She Leads training and capacity- building initiatives. The She Leads Training Specialist as consultant will support the design, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of the organization's She Leads training interventions, across Pakistan, planned under multiple donor-funded initiatives.

Major duties and responsibilities

• Design/adjust She Leads curriculum for community level and Government counterpart staff trainings.
• Design She Leads training program for women elected representatives.
• Develop/translate training materials e.g. handbooks, trainer manuals, monitoring and. documentation instruments, training reports etc.
• Develop LGR modular training program design and methodology – modular training durations, modules, proposed topics and learning outcomes.
• Develop modular training materials including agendas, PowerPoint presentations in English and Urdu, relevant handouts, trainer manual & lesson plans, participants handbook and pre-post-tests.
• Conduct trainings of Mater Trainers, Training Monitors, and Trainees according to the approved plans

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• Knowledge of the electoral context in Pakistan
• At least 6 years of work experience in relevant areas, including demonstrated experience designing and implementing trainings related to gender equality and women’s rights
• Experience working with international NGOs preferred
• Willing to travel as and when required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel required
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required
