CESVI is an international NGO with headquarters in Italy, and it has been operating in Pakistan since 2005. CESVI has received a grant from FCDO through Consortium Lead “Concern Worldwide” for the implementation of a development project for building resilience and addressing vulnerabilities to emergencies (BRAVE) and intends to apply a portion of that grant to payments under this contract. The donor will establish the final amount of the grant and will liquidate it through Concern to CESVI on completion of the operation based on the expenses presented and declared eligible. No party other than CESVI shall derive any rights from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. Under no circumstances or for no reason whatsoever will the donor program entertain any request for indemnity or payment directly submitted by CESVI contractors.

The operation of the BRAVE project, CESVI foresees hiring a Firm/Company to Conduct an Awareness-Raising Campaign on Climate Change and its impacts on People’s lives through Electronic, Radio, and Social media, as per the annexed ToRs as Annexure-1 for district Charsadda of KPK. These services include the provision of services mentioned in the annexed ToRs.

With the present document (RFQ), CESVI invites you to present a proposal to the ToRs annexed with RFQ.
