| 1 | Education Officer | Male/ Female | Loralai | Master in Education or Social Sciences | 08 Years | Job Summary: The Education Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, establishment and monitoring of ALC Centers, educational Institutes focused/targeted in the programs and initiatives aimed at improving Equitable Access and Quality of Education for Afghan Refugees and Vulnerable Host Communities in District Loralai, Balochistan. The role involves working closely with the Afghan Refugees. Host community, ALC Centers, schools, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these programs. Jo Description: 1. Program Development and Implementation: o Develop and execute education programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives. o Collaborate with relevant partners and local authorities to ensure program success. o Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. 2. Community Engagement: o Establish and maintain strong relationships with Afghan Refugees and Host communities to gain their support. o Conduct community needs assessments to identify education-related challenges and opportunities. o Mobilize community involvement in program activities. 3. Capacity Building: o Support or Provide training and support to teachers, school management, and community volunteers to enhance the quality of education. o Organize workshops and seminars at District Level. 4. Monitoring and Evaluation: o Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation systems to assess program impact. o Regularly collect and analyze data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. o Prepare reports, presentations for program, stakeholders, and management. 5. Advocacy and Awareness: o Advocate for the importance of education and actively engage with relevant authorities to address education-related issues. o Raise awareness about educational programs and initiatives within the local community. 6. Assistance & Support: o Assist field team for overall Community mobilization process. o Assist Team for overall achievement of project activities. o Support Project Manager for the overall progress of project when and where required. o Any other Task assigned by the Project Manager or Senior |
