Mercy Corps in Pakistan invites applications for internship in different program/project and operations department

Interns will undertake different project/program and operations related activities assigned by the supervisors, and gain an understanding of overall concept of program/project management and operations, including:

• Collect and maintain all project related documents
• Assist in preparation of progress reports, and timely and accurate reporting of program/project activties
• Provide logistics support in conducting and organizing meetings/sessions/events/workshops and maintain records of activities and events documentation.
• Support in procurement related activities
• support in preparation of procurement documents
• Other related taks assigned by the supervisor

 SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively learns about safeguarding and integrates it into their work, including safeguarding risks and mitigations related to their area of work

• Practices the values of Mercy Corps including respecting the dignity and well-being of participants and fellow team members

• Encourages openness and communication in their team; encourages team members to submit reports if they have any concerns using reporting mechanisms e.g., Integrity Hotline and other option

Relevant Knowledge and Experience:

 Bachelors degree, preference will be to candidates having Masters degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Development Studies and other related fields) and Managements Sciences or related fields.

No prior experience is required however previous internship experience will be a plus
