Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Rural Development, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization or development projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct community meetings and awareness sessions.

• Must be willing to travel within the assigned district.
