TENDER ADVERTISEMENT

The Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP), a non-governmental organization established in 2007 and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), invites sealed proposals  from competent training service providers /Institute/ firms for the delivery of Youth Skill Development Trainings across various trades in District Hyderabad. The details are as below

Tender Instructions:

The Tender documents will be available from May 22,2026 to June 8,2026. Interested bidders may obtain the tender dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority website https://www.cssp.org.pk/get-involved/tenders or via email at [email protected]

A tender guarantee of 2% and a performance guarantee of 5% of the total tender value must be submitted by all tenderers in the name of Civil Society Support Program (templates will be provided).  The offered prices shall be quoted in PKR only.

Blank or partially filled and without guarantee amount, unreadable proposal, or proposal with missing documents will be rejected. Candidates will be selected based on the technical and professional expertise and experience. Quality and price will be considered for award criteria.

Sealed offers must be delivered to the office address mentioned below by 12:00 PM on June 08, 2026, on the envelope. Late bids will be rejected.  The received bids will be opened in the presence of bidders on June 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Tenderers or their authorized representatives can be present at the opening of tender.
