Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with government departments, authorities, and regulatory bodies across KPK.
- Coordinate with government officials regarding project approvals, technical submissions, inspections, and documentation.
- Follow up on ongoing projects, tenders, contracts, and official correspondence with relevant departments.
- Represent the company in meetings, technical discussions, and coordination sessions with government stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, proposals, presentations, and required documentation.
- Monitor government projects and identify upcoming business opportunities and tender announcements.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and government entities.
- Maintain records of meetings, approvals, correspondence, and project progress.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to management regarding government-related activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in coordinating with government departments and public sector organizations.
- Strong understanding of government procedures, documentation, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the KPK region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on government infrastructure, construction, engineering, elevator, or MEP projects.
- Existing professional network within KPK government departments and public sector organizations.
- Knowledge of PPRA/KPPRA rules and government tendering procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely coordination and follow-up with government departments.
- Successful acquisition of approvals, NOCs, and project clearances.
- Effective management of government stakeholder relationships.
- Timely submission of technical and regulatory documentation.
- Identification and reporting of new government project opportunities.
