The Coordinator Microdegree Program will be responsible for smooth coordination, communication, and operational support for the successful implementation of the Microdegree Program. The position requires close liaison with universities, partner institutions, educational consultants, enrolled students, media team, and internal project staff to ensure timely execution, student engagement, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with participating universities, academic partners, educational consultants, and institutional focal persons for implementation of the Microdegree Program.
- Serve as the main communication link between the program management team, universities, students, media team, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain updated records of enrolled students, university-wise participation, and program progress.
- Coordinate with the media and outreach team for student mobilization, awareness campaigns, social media updates, promotional content, and follow-up with prospective candidates.
- Prepare regular updates, progress reports, student engagement summaries, and coordination notes for the program management team.
- Organize and support meetings, orientation sessions, stakeholder briefings, and review sessions related to the Microdegree Program.
- Identify coordination gaps, student concerns, or implementation delays and report them promptly to the management for timely corrective action.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders and ensure that the program is implemented in a well-organized and result-oriented manner.
- Support the enrolment process by guiding interested students, responding to queries, sharing program information, and ensuring completion of required registration formalities.
Requirements
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with universities, students, consultants, and media teams.
- Good understanding of educational programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, email communication, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong record-keeping, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management, Business Administration, IT, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, academic coordination, student support, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in skills development, digital learning, university coordination, or international certification programs will be an added advantage.
