Terms & Conditions
● Only FBR-registered vendors are eligible.
● Vendors with relevant experience in supplying similar goods/services will be preferred.
● Quotations must be on company letterhead, signed/stamped, and include NTN, address, contact details, unit price inclusive of Tax, total price inclusive of all taxes, delivery charges, and validity of at least 30 days.
● Quotations may be submitted through the vendor's official email. If no official email is available, physical submission is mandatory.
● All quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes.
● Deliveries must be made chapter-wise as per Section B above. First delivery to commence on or before the stated start date for each chapter.
● Delivery challan must be submitted at the delivery point and signed by the receiving staff.
● Invoices must be submitted directly to Procurement with reference to PO and signed delivery challan/GRN. ● Payment will be processed after three-way matching of PO, challan/GRN, and invoice, within 30 days of successful delivery and acceptance.
● All products must be within valid shelf-life/expiry at the time of delivery. Non-compliant items will be rejected and replaced at vendor's cost.
● Products must conform to stated specifications. Substandard supply will be rejected.
● Vendors not yet registered with ZABTech must complete the Vendor Prequalification Form and submit it physically, or request the form via official email/WhatsApp from Procurement.
● SZABIST ZABTech reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel procurement at any stage, reject non-compliant quotations, and/or blacklist vendors involved in misrepresentation, substandard supply, delays, or malpractice. All disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Karachi, Sindh.
