Invitation for Quotation

Established in 1991, Shifa Foundation (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad) is a not-for-profit organization working in the areas of health, nutrition, education, and community development across Pakistan. Shifa Foundation is currently implementing projects in Sindh, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers/vendors for the supply of stationery items on a need basis as per the following details:

Terms & Conditions

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted. The envelope must clearly mention: “Quotation for Stationery Items – Shifa Foundation Karachi.”
• The last date for submission of quotations is 10 June 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
• Agreement(s) with selected vendor(s) will be made for a period of one (1) year.
• Preference will be given to vendors based in Karachi.
• Delivery of goods must be completed within 04 working days after confirmation of Purchase Order.
• Delivery location will be Shifa Foundation project offices in Karachi.
• Quoted rates must be inclusive of:
  • Delivery/transportation charges
  • All applicable government taxes (including withholding tax and sales tax, where applicable)
• Rates must remain valid for a period of one (1) year.
• Invoice must clearly mention NTN/CNIC details of the supplier.
• Items will be procured through Purchase Orders on a requirement basis.
• Payment will be processed within 20 working days after receipt of invoice/bill.
• Payment will be made through crossed cheque in favor of the company/business.

Mandatory Documents

Interested vendors are required to submit the following documents along with their quotations:

a. Company Registration Certificate
b. NTN Certificate
c. Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable)
d. Company Profile with relevant experience
e. List of similar assignments/projects completed
f. Copies of Purchase Orders/Contracts/Completion Certificates
g. Evidence of Financial Capacity (last 1-year bank statement)
h. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) Status

Note: Lowest quoted rates shall not be the sole criteria for selection.
