Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 and a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad, is a not-for-profit organization implementing various projects in Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad, Pakistan.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from registered suppliers, firms, and companies for the supply of the following items required under Community-Level Lead Exposure Source Assessment and Awareness Initiative in Rawalpindi District, Pakistan

Terms and Conditions

1. Only sealed quotations will be accepted.
2. The last date for submission of quotations is 15 June 2026. Quotations received after the closing date will not be entertained.
3. Delivery of goods shall be made within 20 working days after issuance of the Purchase Order.
4. Delivery location shall be Shifa Foundation Head Office, Islamabad.
5. Quoted rates must be inclusive of transportation and delivery charges.
6. Prices shall be inclusive of all applicable Government taxes, including withholding tax and GST.
7. Quoted prices shall remain valid for a minimum period of four (04) weeks.
8. The supplier's NTN and/or CNIC number must be clearly mentioned on the invoice.
9. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to procure all or part of the quantities mentioned above through Purchase Orders on a need basis.
10. Payment shall be made within 20 working days after receipt and verification of invoice/bill.
11. Payments will be made through cross cheque in favour of the company/business.
12. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
