Procurement of Essential Medicines & Establishment of Framework Agreement

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 of the Government of Pakistan. Using a holistic approach, HDF has been working in 05 programs including Social Capital Development, Education & Literacy, Primary Health Care, Economic Development, and Sustainable Environment to address the needs of the marginalized communities of Pakistan. HDF has been working in 40 districts across Pakistan.

The Human Development Foundation invites proposals from reputable and financially strong companies / vendors. The selected company/vendor will support HDF in strengthening program initiatives by offering competitive, reliable, and quality healthcare supplies (medicines) across its operational regions.

Objective:

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of essential medicines
• Achieve best value for money through competitive discount
• Establish long-term partnership with reliable vendors
• Ensure compliance with national regulatory authority requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid pharmaceutical trading/manufacturing license
• Registration with National Drug Regulatory Authority
• Tax registration certificate NTN/STRN
• GMP certificate (if manufacturer)
• Authorization letter (if distributor)
• Company profile (minimum 3 years’ experience)
• Evidence of at least two similar contracts
• Audited financial statements (last 2 years)
