Job Summary

Systech International is hiring an experienced JIRA Administrator / JIRA Expert to support agile delivery, workflow optimization, and enterprise reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in JIRA configuration, workflow design, JQL, and data extraction, along with experience leveraging JIRA data for reporting using third-party BI tools such as Power BI. This is an urgent offshore requirement requiring immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain JIRA workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, and permissions.
• Create and manage Epics, Stories, and Tasks aligned with agile best practices.
• Develop and optimize complex JQL queries for dashboards, filters, and reports.
• Export JIRA data for reporting and analytics.
• Build reports using third-party BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Troubleshoot JIRA issues and support users.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a JIRA Administrator / JIRA Expert.
• Expertise in JIRA workflow creation and customization.
• Advanced to expert-level JQL skills.
• Experience exporting JIRA data for reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST from an offshore location.
• JIRA certifications preferred.
