Key Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the project office.
  • Maintain office records, files, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support procurement processes including quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper asset management and inventory control.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and relevant stakeholders.

Finance

  • Maintain proper books of accounts, vouchers, and financial records.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash management, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and donor requirements.
  • Support audit processes and provide required financial documentation.
  • Handle payroll processing and staff reimbursements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and finance, preferably with NGOs or development projects.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
