Lead Impactful TVET Initiatives Across Balochistan 

Taaleem Foundation (TF) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and committed Regional  Manager to oversee its expanding portfolio in the TVET sector in the province. Based in  Quetta, with frequent travel to project sites, the Regional Manager will lead and coordinate  vocational training, skill development for overseas employment, infrastructure  development, and innovative public-private partnership (PPP) ventures in Balochistan. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategize and lead the implementation of diverse TVET projects, including ‘CM Skill  Development for Overseas Employment’ and ‘TTC Kharan’. 
• Supervise TVET operations and logistics, ensuring timely and quality delivery. o Coordinate overseas employment initiatives, including training and placement. o Supervise the infrastructure development interventions. 
• Oversee financial management, compliance, and donor reporting. o Engage with stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners. o Champion inclusion, safeguarding, and climate-smart practices across all projects. o Provide strong team leadership and support resource mobilization eSorts. 

Location: Quetta, with travel to Kharan, Baiker, Jhal Magsi, and other project sites across  Balochistan. 

Reporting to: Chief Executive OSicer, Taaleem Foundation
