Job Summary:

The Corporate Lead for CWP will be responsible for building and managing a strong corporate fundraising pipeline to support strategic initiatives. The role will focus on proactive corporate outreach, partnership development, and sustained engagement, ensuring that CWP receive dedicated fundraising attention that a lean, shared team cannot provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate partners for CWP.
  • Identify prospective corporate leads, initiate outreach, and set up meetings
  • Develop and articulate a clear narrative that aligns CWP's mission with CWP for corporate engagement
  • Work closely with CWP teams to understand programmatic needs and translate them into partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure timely proposals, presentations, and responses to corporate partners
  • Track engagement progress, meetings, and outcomes, and report regularly on pipeline status
  • Support the structuring of CSR partnerships, sponsorships, and long-term corporate collaborations
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with CWP's broader resource development strategy
 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, or CSR engagement
  • Experience working with or engaging corporates in the non-profit or social sector is strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to translate programmatic needs into clear, compelling partnership narratives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Reporting Line:Reports to: Resource Development / Fundraising Lead

Works closely with: CWP teams, Communications, and Finance
